If you’re looking for a fun and tasty way to surprise your sweetheart for Valentine’s Day this year, we have a great idea for you in this edition of Entre Nous. The famous Cordon Bleu Paris cooking school is marking the romantic holiday with two nights of dinners on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 February, to be held at the beautiful Hôtel de la Marine at the Place de la Concorde in Paris. Chef Instructor Guillaume Siegler tells us what the event is all about and how they came up with the romantic menu.
