BTS está oficialmente de regreso y respirando aire estadounidense nuevamente.
El sábado (25 de abril), RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V y Jung Kook subieron al escenario frente a 60.000 fans emocionados en el Raymond James Stadium de Tampa, Florida. Aunque el concierto marcó su muy esperado regreso a un estadio en los Estados Unidos, fue solo una nueva parada de su masiva gira mundial ARIRANG, que comenzó el 9 de abril en el Estadio Goyang en Seúl, Corea del Sur.
El recorrido de 85 fechas por 34 ciudades es en apoyo de su décimo álbum de estudio — y su primer lanzamiento tras el servicio militar obligatorio — ARIRANG, que debutó en el No. 1 del Billboard 200 y dio lugar al éxito No. 1 en el Billboard Hot 100 “SWIM”. Antes de la gira, el septeto realizó un histórico concierto de regreso en el corazón de su ciudad natal.
Aunque el último concierto de BTS como grupo completo en los Estados Unidos fue en el Allegiant Stadium de Las Vegas en abril de 2022, los miembros han regresado desde entonces para presentaciones en solitario, incluido Jin, quien aterrizó en Tampa el año pasado con su #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR. “Lo sentí en ese entonces también, pero Tampa es verdaderamente el No. 1”, dijo el mayor del grupo el sábado por la noche. “Recordé esa experiencia y recomendé encarecidamente a los miembros que deberíamos regresar”.
